Your payment data is processed securely by Stripe. Second Opinion Public Adjusters does not store full credit card numbers or sensitive financial credentials on our local servers. 4. Data Sharing & Retention

We proudly work for the policyholder, not the insurance company. We never sell policyholder data. Data is only shared with necessary service providers required to process your claim, including secure CRM systems, SMS carriers for claim alerts, and licensed appraisal partners.

To comply with Texas insurance regulations and our professional licensing requirements, we retain claim-related documentation and correspondence for a minimum of 5 years following claim resolution.
